Guests will be charged a non-refundable 100% of the total price immediately after making a reservation. No Shows are charged 100% of the total price. The property offers free breakfast as well as shuttle service to and from downtown Gondar (near royal enclosures). Morning drop-off at 9:30 am, afternoon pick-up at 4:00 pm. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
